After trying Grouport Online DBT Therapy, I feel more connected to others and I have a better understanding of my own emotions. I'm better able to tolerate difficult emotions and I'm more patient with others. My relationships are stronger and I'm able to manage stress better.

Christine

I tried Grouport Online DBT to help manage my suicidal thoughts and anxiety. I gained a lot from the group sessions because it helped me connect with others who had similar experiences and feelings as me.

Melanie

After coming across many therapists in my city that didn't seem to understand what I was going through, I decided to give online therapy a chance. It has been very helpful for me because it is convenient and affordable. I get all of the support that I need at a fraction of the cost! This is so much better than traditional therapy!
